A collection of 41 condominium residences of varying sizes, Bloom Berkeley provides tastefully curated habitats for diverse residents to enjoy, entertain and create in. Bloom asked us to capture the vibrancy of their community and express a distinguished ethos through branding, marketing and digital.
In addition to beautiful residences, Bloom offers residents the promise of meaningful connection with neighbors. With that in mind, we created a brand suite that depicted artfully curated spaces as generative, creative places to come together.
Here’s how: Playing off the double O’s in Bloom, we focused on intersecting rings as a primary design element, representing interlinked community life as well as the intersection of tastefulness, convenience and comfort. With a bold color palette, we infused vitality into the brand. We upped the ante for print with a layer of luxury in sophisticated copper foil.
